Be sure to put these dates in your diary as this is when the Kirkcaldy Comedy Festival will return for it's third year!  In 2009 the hugely successful Kirkcaldy Comedy Festival was visited by top UK acts such as Sean Hughes, Kevin Bridges and Adam Hills who performed alongside the cream of the Scottish and Irish comedy circuit. 

In 2010 there will be more acts, new venues and new shows which hopefully will offer something for everyone!  There will also be another chance to try your hand at stand-up yourself, as we offer the next "Frankie Boyle" the chance to take part in stand-up comedy workshops which will hone your skills ready to perform in a live stand-up show as part of the festival.

The full comedy festival programme will be launched on 3rd August, but in the mean time we are delighted to announce the very first headline act Danny Bhoy! Danny Bhoy continues to delight audiences around the world with his unique and personal brand of storytelling. He is one of the most perceptive and travelled comedians working in the world today and we have a pair of tickets to give away for his show on Friday 1 October at the Adam Smith Theatre.  Just register your details receive updates about the Kirkcaldy Comedy Festival and you will automatically be entered into the draw.  The closing date is Friday 25 June and winners will be notified by email.
